Garlic(minced) 1 tablespoon
Cheese 3 tablespoons
Mildura Organic Extra Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Parsley according to taste
Marinate the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes or until it is soft.
Heat 2 tablespoons of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, add in minced garlic and stir briefly. Add milk, sea salt, pepper, butter and cheese and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Use another pan to stir fry the prawns until they turn red (try to avoid overcooking them).
Add the prawns into the sauce and pour over the spaghetti. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
