Mildura Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cold-pressed to retain its natural wholesome goodness and to ensure no degradation or oxidation of the olive oil
Obtained from the first pressing of the olives to ensure its original flavour and aroma
Great for pasta and salad dressings

Spaghetti    150g
Prawn    100g (washed shelled tick gut)
Sea salt    1/4 teaspoon
Pepper    1/8 teaspoon
Butter    175ml 
 Milk    100ml
Garlic(minced)    1 tablespoon
Cheese    3 tablespoons
Mildura Organic Extra Olive Oil    3 tablespoons
Parsley    according to taste

Cooking Instructions:
1.Marinate the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper.
2.Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes or until it is soft.
3.Heat 2 tablespoons of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, add in minced garlic and stir briefly. Add milk, sea salt, pepper, butter and cheese and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
4.Use another pan to stir fry the prawns until they turn red (try to avoid overcooking them).
5.Add the prawns into the sauce and pour over the spaghetti. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
