Cooking Instructions: |
1. | Marinate the prawns with 1 tablespoon of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper. |
2. | Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes or until it is soft. |
3. | Heat 2 tablespoons of Mildura Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, add in minced garlic and stir briefly. Add milk, sea salt, pepper, butter and cheese and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. |
4. | Use another pan to stir fry the prawns until they turn red (try to avoid overcooking them). |
5. | Add the prawns into the sauce and pour over the spaghetti. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving. |
